I started playing since the closed beta and got immortal 350 - 550 constantly since Ep 3.
My peak is Radiant 455 on the EU Server. I'm a highly experienced duelist (over 3400 hours of in-game experience, competitive, scrims and tournaments)
I will find out what exactly is holding you back and how to get rid of it! I will not just tell you what you are doing wrong, but clearly explain how the game truly works and present aspects of the game you struggle with!
