“very kind and great person, explained exactly what was holding me back in my movement/aim and helped me get a better understanding on how to fix them, taught me how to set goals and work on them, also gave me drills to do to train and perfect everything to insure that i fix my mistakes and improve as a player.”

“Domestico is an AMAZING Valorant coach. I seriously cannot recommend him enough. He is incredibly knowledgeable, patient, encouraging, and really good at explaining not just what you should be doing, but why. He catches things I would never notice on my own and gives feedback in a way that is actually useful and easy to apply in game. I have learned so much from working with him, and I genuinely feel more confident and intentional when I play now. He clearly knows Valorant inside and out, but just as importantly, he knows how to teach. If you are looking for a Valorant coach, absolutely book with Domestico. I am ecstatic with the coaching I have gotten from him. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐”

“Great and patient teacher, very flexible in scheduling. Helped in finding faults, I reached from Plat 1 at the start to Dia 1 in less than a month. After lesson, I feel like I'm more tactical when thinking about how to play the round, and I've become more consistent.”

“Even though i only bought the hour session, it was taken full advantage of by screen sharing a competitive game. He gave lots of good tips and good live coaching during the game that really helped me understand what I was doing wrong. He's easy to talk to and has a friendly personality while not being afraid to point out what youre doing wrong. Definitely worth the money”

“Very great coach, learned a lot about specifically what I was doing wrong in my games, very nice guy and will finish the session even if it extends past the 1 hour. Only thing i have is a recommendation to him to write out some of the things he told you to do/fix so its easier to go back and remember/ remind yourself. overall great guy and coach!!!”

What VALORANT coaching actually is
One-on-one VALORANT coaching means having a verified high-elo player mentor you. Watching your gameplay allows them to immediately see patterns that keep you hardstuck and map out a personalized plan to help you fix these.
Share a recent ranked match or have them watch you play a ranked live, and let them dissect what needs to be worked on for your role, such as your crosshair placement, the use of your smoke, why your default fell apart mid-round, and many other important details in your blind spots.
The point is to build a solid foundation for your gameplay upgrade and leave the bad habits behind.

What a VALORANT coaching session looks like
Before anything else, you and your coach usually talk about what rank you’re stuck in, what role you main, what commonly tilts you, and what your goals are.
The session itself is held on Discord with screen share, and depending on the format, your coach may either thoroughly review your VOD by pausing on your mistakes or watch live and coach you in real time. We go into the details: notes on a crosshair placement on a common angle, comments on a duel you keep losing, a piece of util you keep wasting.
By the end of it, you’re left with a list of important things to practice and drill.
With a lesson pack, nothing resets between sessions. Your coach comes in knowing your default habits and spends the hour on what's still broken, not on figuring you out again.

Why coaching beats grinding ranked alone
Climbing needs quality more than quantity. A hundred ranked matches doesn’t guarantee improvement. If anything, it can put you on autopilot, letting bad habits drive your play.
Not on a Radiant coach’s watch. They’ll call you out on the angles you over-peek or the default route you go regardless of teammates’ positions. They’ve been where you are; they’re now at the top ranks or playing pro since they’ve already cracked the code.
Coaching also offers immediate feedback, really breaking things down while you still remember the decisions you made. Ask your coach gameplay-specific questions a general guide can't possibly answer.

Try a coach for free, then decide
First, we carefully vet every coach on WeCoach, so the Radiant who hops on Discord with you is actually a Radiant, plus has proven teaching skills.
If you’re unsure about coaching, you shouldn’t have to commit before checking whether the coach actually gets your playstyle. You can pick someone you think could be the right fit and try a free intro session with them first. Only book longer sessions or a lesson pack if you finish wanting more.
If the coach you’re most curious about doesn’t offer a free intro, try booking one hour, and you’ll find out in one game’s worth of time; you may be surprised how much you can learn.
