Before a session starts, the coach will give a quick overview of the context they need to know, such as your role, your current rank, and what you’re trying to improve.
Are you an AWPer stuck at the 10K Premier mark? Or are you an IGL trying to better up your mid-round calls? Maybe you’re a rifler whose entries keep dying from the same crossfires, and now you're down two-digit deaths, and someone on your team is calling you names that make you want to mute them. You build a session with your coach around your problem.
From there, you’ll connect on Discord, where the sessions happen. You’ll share your recent demos with your coach, queue together, or rewind a lost match.
After a session, they might give you notes on crosshair placements, how you use utilities, timing of your peeks, and reading your team and opponent’s economy. You leave with a list of habits to improve between sessions, so the next round of feedback compounds on the last.
