My name is Kerxx, former League of Legends Challenger player and Coach for more than 350 Sessions over at ProGuides!
During my career I've also coached a Team (GameLord) to the equivalent of League of Legends Worlds (Icons Global Championship) as well as multiple European Champion Titles. 
Next to this I've also been Rank 1 in Legend Queue as one of the earliest Legends on the server while racing for that Rank 1. 
I casually play League on the side and focus on Content Creation for WildRift on YouTube. Don't worry I can also coach you on PC League!

To make sure that you reach the rank you desire or generally hit your performance goals my coaching Session include:

1) Setting goals - analyzing your status quo as well as breaking down your stats!

2) Reviewing a POV recorded game in-depth.

3) Creating an improvement plan that helps you to improve step by step and what you should focus on for the time being! Long-Term improvement is the key here - not just getting raw LP fast.

4) At the end you'll be able to ask any question in case something remained unclear.
