How TFT coaching works
TFT coaching is a one-on-one session with a high-rank player who watches you play or reviews your replays, names the mistakes you keep making, and hands back a customized improvement plan. It covers everything you need to know in TFT, including economy, augment picks, item build, positioning, scouting, and everything in between.
Sessions come in a few formats. Live coaching means you queue while a coach watches your board, calls your level-up timings, and explains the pivot you should have made. VOD review means a coach pulls up your recent games, scrubs through the costly decisions, and writes up what to change next time you play. Some coaches will also run you drills on a single trait or augment line you keep losing to.

Inside a TFT coaching session
Every coach starts by asking what you play, where you sit on the ladder, and what you think has been keeping you from ranking up. Coaching sessions then run on Discord over a screen share, yours if you're playing live, theirs if you're reviewing a past game. A coach can also pull up your lolchess history and work through your recent data.
Experienced coaches have very good pattern recognition and can immediately tell you're losing because you keep forcing the same comp into every lobby or slow-rolling at the wrong stage. Don’t worry about being overwhelmed because you’ll be given a list of things to look out for after each session.
