Jacob Harris made his name as a coach of Fnatic’s Valorant team. The 30-year-old British got numerous accolades over the years, including the Coach of the Year award in 2023. Some of his biggest recent accomplishments include wins at VCT 2024: EMEA Stage 2, VCT 2023: Masters Tokyo, and VCT 2023: LOCK//IN São Paulo.
Despite having excellent professional results, Chetan Singh is much more known for a controversy, where he publicly shared the team's VoDs. His biggest coaching accomplishment is the number one place at VCT 2022: Stage 1 Masters – Reykjavík.
As one of the rare female coaches, Christine Chi has become famous in the gaming community over the years. Besides leading one of the top NA teams, she has played Counter-Strike competitively for many years. Winning VALORANT Champions 2023 was her biggest coaching success.

Back in the day, Alan Salvati was known as one of the best Overwatch support players in the world. He has mostly worked with South American teams such as Six Karma, LDM Esports, and KRU Esports. His biggest success was first place at VCT 2022: South America Last Chance Qualifier and VCT 2022: LATAM Stage 1 Challengers Playoffs.
Atom is ddx’s teammate at KRU Esports (ddx is the strategic coach, and Atom is the team's head coach). Jorge Noriega hails from Guatemala and has worked with Valorant teams since 2020. His biggest professional achievement is first place at VALORANT Challengers 2023: LAN Split 1.
Swedish coach Erik Sandgren is currently coaching an inactive Natus Vincere roster. Over the years, he has also cooperated with FunPlus Phoenix and FABRIKEN. With FunPlus Phoenix, he won first place at VCT 2022: Stage 2 Masters – Copenhagen.

eMIL is Erik Sandgren's twin brother. The two of them have a coaching rivalry that spans back to the early days of Valorant. His biggest wins are first places at VCT 2023: EMEA League, VCT 2021: Europe Stage 1 Challengers 2, and VCT 2021: Europe Stage 1 Challengers 1.
