I have been playing competitive since season 13, my highest achievement was reaching emea masters lcq. Currently i am competing eu in lplol. I have a deep understanding of all roles but the order of knowledge for roles is as follows:
ADC->MID->SUPP->JG->TOP

We start with a quick introduction and a talk about what the goals are for the split/season and how you want this session to benefit you. After we set the goals the most common way to approach the coaching is through game reviews, preferably from your POV, in which we identify core mistakes and fix them, or you can play a game and I coach you on it live its totally up to you and your preference. I mainly focus on macro, wave management and micro trades in laning phase and teamfights
